Shipping
- HOOLOO products are ONLY sold and shipped within the United States of America.
- Orders $100 and above are eligible for FREE shipping.
- We are working hard to provide you with the smoothest ordering and shipping time.
When will my order ship?
- The processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days, and orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.
- Due to the nature of the items, most orders are shipped via USPS, as they are currently the safest and most reliable shipping method of shipping.
- If you have received a tracking number, please note: The item you ordered has been handed over to USPS. Although their system may not reflect the update immediately.
When will I receive my order after it ships?
- Most of our orders are shipped via USPS, and the average shipping time is 2-7 business days. This is not guaranteed, and unexpected delays sometimes occur. Once the item is picked up, we are not responsible for any delays.
- If you have any questions about the delivery time of your shipment, please contact USPS directly before contacting us.
- If the carrier service loses your package, or your package is tampered with before you receive it, please contact the carrier service directly before contacting us.
Shipping Restriction
- We currently DO NOT ship any Delta 8 THC products to the following states as prohibited by state law. Please be aware of that before place an order.
